SHOULD OUTSOURCING BE BANNED?

If a company feels it must send jobs offshore to keep operating, the company must first offer current employees same job at lowered wages. Company must show good proof to governmental agency/ies as to feasibility of this. If companies try to lower wages without good reason, company will be heavily fined. If American companies send jobs out of the country without first offering them to current employees at reduced wages, then all import into the States from that company will be banned. Nothing produced by that company will be allowed into the United States or its territories.
