Would this make a delicious tail? I'm experimenting :)?

The acid in the gfruit juice will probably make the dairy in the ice cream curdle, which is never a good thing. Ice cream isn't usually a tail ingredient, they are usually pretty simple. With what you have, I would do either the cherry sparkling water with the Triple Sec (two parts soda to one part TS) or do gfruit juice with the Triple Sec. With flavored liquor you want to keep it simple and use flavors that compliment each other.
