Daughter is in constant pain?

She went hiking in the woods a saturday. She found ticks on her clothes so she came home showered and changed her clothes. She has Lyme's already. Lately she has been in almost constant pain. My other daughter had Lymes that complicated into Bells palsy. My 17 year old has a backache, bad cough at night, headache, no appetite, chills, and muscle weakness. They sent her for blood testing but the results wont be in for two more days. Any idea whats wrong with her and how to relieve her pain.
