Why didn't people criticize Magic and Bird for having alot of help?

because none of them guys went to the others house and said hey lets play on the same team so i can get a championship thats why alot of people hate and criticize lebron and plus he was on a good team they made the finals against the spurs but he got SWEPT he will never be as good as MJ or kobe
