Weird bump on my inner thigh?

I have a hard, marble sized bump on my inner thigh, about 2 inches below my bikini line. This isn't the first time I've had it, but I've never really worried about what it was. I've been having dreams lately about getting cancer, and the area I live in is very susceptible to cancer. Any help would be much appreciated!
