Dog vomiting and shaking head?

I have a 5 month old pit bull (american terrier) male. He is a wonderful dog, but He is sick. Before you say "GO TO THE VET!" I already KNOW that. But it is Sunday and I am in a rural area, so that is not possible. He is having some symptoms that COULD be parvo like but no bloody poo and it has been since friday night and the symptoms have stayed the same. And he is drinking LOTS of water, which dogs with parvo generally dont do, they usually dont eat or drink anything. He is still moving around, but slow and pitiful, his head is bobbling at random, like it will bobble for a few minutes and then stop. He keeps his head up as if when he lays it down he feels like puking. He is drooling excessively and and vomiting every drop that he takes in. He will not eat, I force fed chicken broth and gatorade with a bulb syringe, just to get him thru till I can go to the vet. I also have a shot of penicillin I am going to give him in the meantime. I am asking you to please dont be rude I have noticed that people on here get very judgemental and 'YOU shouldnt have a dog!" and all this other crap that I dont want to hear. i came hear for help, if your not going to give it then myob. thanks.
