Do you think celtic and rangers should join the premier league?

I think they should because the the scottish league is always between them 2 there to good for it and it would make the premier league even more interesting. If they let Wrexham and cardiff join english football then why not them 2? what do you think? There is one bad thing though if the rangers fans would trash manchester over defeat against zenit then it wouldnt be any good with them trashing it because man utd beat them.
