In a way, it doesn't matter if it's post-partum depression or not. If you think you're having a hard time, why not consider counseling/psychotherapy? What you describe could be PPD, but the name of your conflict isn't the issue (everyone worries about diagnoses far too much). What you're going through is pretty normal and human sounding. But you've been through a lot and counseling could be a very good option for resolving some of your feelings and for helping you to make good plans for the immediate future.
