Anyone out there a constant UTI sufferer after baby was born?

my son is 20 months old.. i an 33 years old and NEVER had UTI's before giving birth to my son. since he was born, i have now had at least 7 UTI's .. 3 of them i have fended off, the rest have lead to antibiotics... is there anyone else out there with this same problem? is there something i can do to stop it.. i have done the same thing for many ,many years now, nothing has changed except that i have a kid...
