Which out of these two (laptop and computer) is better for running World of warcraft?

Both would be able to play WoW, but neither of them at top settings. Your best option would be to get the computer but upgrade the graphics card to something better than a GeForce 7100. If possible get something more like a GeForce 8800. If those are your only two options I'd go with the laptop because the graphics card is slightly better.
