What should I do with my Masters degree?

I am 24yr old female. I have a really nice resume that includes customer service and administrative support. I have a Bachelors in Nutrition and a Masters in Employee and Labor Relations. I have come to find that I do not want to sit in a cubicle for the rest of my life and push papers around. I want to interact with people and make people happy. I don't like sales. I will live in a cubicle if I could have interactions with people and know I am of importance to a company. I am available to travel anywhere. I just want to enjoy the thing I am doing for the rest of my life. What do you think I should do with my experience/education? I need ideas.
