Plz help me in this problem it is n serious matter?

i m 17 yrs old i m muslim n my bf is hindu we had an affair since last 1 1/2yr we had many times but now he is having an gf whc his mom like means that girl was his x gf but i tld him i wnt to live him he is not gving me to live him he his telling that i wll gve equal love to u also but how can i do this spoil some1s life . but it hurt me whn he is with the girl or whn he tells me wht he done with that girl i m in total mess... whn i do any thg and he thinks that i have an affair beside him . ur tell me if he is my first love thn shuld i have an affair beside him? and whn i talk abt any other boy he thing tht i m connected with him thts 4r sure tht he dnt like me to talk with any other guy ... thts all plz adive i wll wait...i dnt knw he love me or just time p he tells me to get marry with sum one but i cant to tht i cant thk abt any 1 else hw can i do tht? i have many cuts regarding this matter on my hand its sum thing 17 to 18cuts. i ll be very great ful fr ull advice....
