How do I explain my fascination towards serial killers to my family?

you sound like me. I understand exactly what you mean. I too have those same thoughts on serial killers. I just want to get in their mind and see why they do the things they do. which is why my dream has always been to be a criminal profiler. nice to know I'm not alone.
