Grangemouth strikers, why not sack the lot of them?

The terms and conditions are not being changed for anyone working there, as far as I can see. It's just that any new employee will not be able to join the final salary pension scheme. It's as if they're living in a world of their own, few employers can afford final salary pension schemes anymore.
