Toastmasters for ESL?

Someone recommended Toastmasters so I went to one club in my area. I was surprised that everyone there was native speakers who were already proficient in English and their problem was not English but way beyond that. They were also public speaking experts. I didn't understand 90% of what's been said in the meeting because of my English. Would it help me to attend such a thing where other members are way above my level both in English and in public speaking? I felt so intimidated and uncomfortable while I was there.

Solitary confinement vs. Spiritual Retreat?

How come being in solitary confinement is a punishment, and drives people insane, but spiritual people, Saints and Buddhist Monks, spend years alone as hermits to gain enlightenment and get closer to God?

How to keep fish tanks from clouding?

I have a fish tank and in it i have 3 fish. 1 full grown goldfish, 1 baby goldfish, 1 black moor. The water in my fish tank seems to get cloudy quick, i have to clean it once a week is there any way to keep the water from clouding? And also, is purified water safe to use in the fish tank with tropical fish?
